We are located in Hopland, Mendocino County, California, at the foot of Duncan Peak in the Sanel Valley. Our area is the southernmost in Mendocino, bordering on Sonoma County.

Who We Are
We are a Swiss-Italian-American company started as a partnership in 2004. We bring together ideas and styles from the old and new world, from the South and the North. As a team of about twenty people, we share a passion for growing what we eat with the least impact on our land. Wine and olive oil production are the most important of our activities, but we also grow vegetables and fruit that we sell on farmer’s markets and offer hospitality services at our estate.

Under our brand name TERRA SAVIA, we offer a wide range of products we make at Olivino, including premium extra virgin olive oil, estate wines made from organic grapes, bath & body care, and more.

Under the brand names ETTORE and ETTO, we produce a line of high-end, organic wines in collaboration with our partners in Europe and rising winemaker Ettore Biraghi. The majority of these wines have no added sulfites.
