The olives come from our orchard in the hills between Cloverdale and Hopland on the Mendocino / Sonoma County line in Northern California. Harvested and processed in early November, this year's Leccino has an excellent and lingering green aroma. This oil has a slightly nutty flavor while preserving its Tuscan characteristics of pungency, slight bitterness with a peppery finish. Absolutely delightful! Extra virgin, cold pressed.
